Privacy policy
We are a small San Diego moving bin rental company. We collect what we need to deliver and pick up your bins, and nothing else. We do not sell your personal information.
What we collect
- Your name, phone number, and email address so we can confirm the order
- Delivery and pickup addresses, dates, and any access notes you give us
- Your bin count, package, and extras
Payment card details are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store a full card number.
How we use it
To schedule delivery and pickup, to reach you about your order, to take payment, and to keep records for taxes and insurance. If you opt in, we may email you about our service. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
Who sees it
Our own team, plus the services that run the business: the hosting platform, the payment processor, and email delivery. Each one is bound to use the data only to provide that service. We share information with law enforcement only when the law requires it.
We do not sell or share your information
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat that as an opt-out request automatically.
Cookies
This site does not set tracking or advertising cookies. If we add analytics in the future, it will run only with your consent and this page will say so.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for four years for tax and insurance purposes. Booking inquiries that do not become orders are deleted after twelve months. Marketing contacts are removed as soon as you unsubscribe.
Your California rights
If you live in California, you can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to delete it, to correct it, to give you a copy, and to opt out of any sale or sharing. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.
To make a request, email hello@gooddaybins.com with the subject line "Privacy request" or call (619) 000-0000. We confirm within ten business days and respond within forty-five days. We verify requests by matching the contact details on your order.
Children
This site is for adults booking a move. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under sixteen.
